The Actual Estate Investment Affiliation (REIA) was shaped in 1987 by a gaggle of entrepreneurial actual property professionals. Whereas I do know a factor or two about actual estate I do not know every little thing (work in progress). To encourage our members’ success through training and skilled companies and to symbolize REIA members as optimistic, moral contributors to the financial and social well-being of our group. Each organizations were started by Charles Parrish over 30 years ago with the objective of networking and coaching actual estate investing companions.
New Jersey Actual Property Buyers Affiliation (REIA) members embody newbie, seasoned, full, and half-time traders, accountants and attorneys, actual property brokers, realtors, brokers, contractors, mortgage lenders, property appraisers and inspectors, merchants, property managers, and renovation specialists — folks looking to benefit from the many benefits of the real estate & investment business.
We are new and experienced real estate buyers, rental housing suppliers, wholesalers, retailers, be aware investors, who buy, promote, and handle properties in the Larger Dayton space.
